Roasted Sweet Potato & Pinenut Salad

One of Amanda's very favourite salads!  This one is always a crowd-pleaser and is so delicious it will be hard to stop at one serve.

Roasted sweet potato, cherry tomato, spinach, red onion, pinenut, and fetta salad with our red wine vinegar and honey dressing.

The dressing will be served on the side.

Salads are presented in our environmentally friendly cardboard presentation boxes. 

Available in three (3) sizes as a side salad:

Small Box 25x25cm - serves 3-4 
Medium Box 25x35cm - serves 5-8 
Large Box 30x45cm - serves 10-14 

Vegetarian, Gluten Free*, Vegan? We can adjust the dressing to a balsamic glaze. 

Please let us know if you would like the fetta on the side to make it dairy-free too.
