Amanda's Family Favourites Cooking Course - 4 weeks September - 6pm to 8pm

These classes are for adults who lack confidence in the kitchen, young adults who are getting ready to move out of home or anyone who would like some new inspiration.

In these classes, you will learn back-to-basics, good old-fashioned, made-from-scratch food because everyone should know how to cook delicious, inexpensive, uncomplicated, fresh food for themselves and their families.

Learning in a fun and interactive setting, Amanda will demonstrate some of her family's favourite dishes with student participation, and others will be hands-on for participants to cook themselves. Of course, you will get to taste-test everything and even take home some of the yummy dishes we have made for leftovers the next day! 

What's included?

+ All ingredients to make lots of delicious main meals with some sweets thrown in, too;

+ A cookbook with all recipes will be emailed at the end of the course;

+ Taste test or take-home food cooked.
