Writing this book has been a bittersweet and cathartic project; I deeply miss my beloved venue, treasured customers, and wonderful staff. However, I am delighted to share my tried-and-true recipes, allowing you to savour the flavours of the Teahouse once more.

The recipes included have been gathered, perfected and tweaked over many years—some even trace back to my childhood!

This book is not just a collection of recipes; it holds a treasure trove of memories too.

I couldn't be happier with how my Teahouse Favourites Recipe book turned out! It features **80 pages** filled with vibrant, colourful photos that hold cherished memories, along with the most important part – all my recipes from the teahouse, both sweet and savoury!

Currently at the printers and will be here by the 31st August 2025. I cannot wait for them to arrive!

How can you get your copy?

For those who opted to have your copy posted, I will be posting as soon as they arrive (by the end of the month);

Pick up from Byfield Markets Sunday, 31st August OR

Pick up from Livingstone Shire Library at my official book launch on Saturday, 6th September;

If you can't get to either one of my events, don't stress, we will organise something.

Copies will be available for purchase at Baked on 44.

I have had a few enquiries for a smaller eBook version that includes the recipes only; I am working on it, and it will be available as soon as I finish reformatting it (big job!).
